How to make couscous with almonds, garlic and paprika
Couscous has properties that enhance health: it is energetic, prevents constipation, protects heart health, among other benefits. If you are tired of traditional cereals, then try to diversify your diet with couscous. Roasted nuts give it an unusual taste.

Ingredients
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Almond ⅔ cup
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Water 2¼ cups
- Couscous 2 cups
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Parsley ¹⁄₂ beam
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Fry the garlic and chopped almonds on it until the garlic is fragrant and the nuts are slightly browned. Add paprika and cook for about 10 seconds.
2 ․ Then pour water into the pan, bring the mixture to a boil, immediately pour couscous into it, salt and mix.
3 ․ Cover the pan and let it sit for 5 minutes, then open the couscous and beat it with a fork.
- Stir the dish with chopped parsley and serve.
