How to make baked chicken in red wine
Classic french dish. Historically, it was prepared from a specially fed rooster, pickled in wine for a day. In this recipe, the chicken is marinated in a wine-vegetable mixture for only a couple of hours, and then baked in the oven.

Ingredients
Garlic 1 head

Butter 100 g
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper 1 pinch
Different parts of the chicken (thighs, legs, breasts) 1½ kg
Red wine 750 ml
Can add
Carrot 1 piece
Champignons 250 g
Cooking
- Chop onion and garlic. Combine vegetables, melted butter, vinegar, salt and pepper.
2 ․ Place the chicken in the mixture and fill it with 150 ml of wine. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3 ․ Transfer the chicken with the marinade to the baking dish, fill with the remaining wine and mix.
You can add carrots and mushrooms, cut into pieces, to the bird.
Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 50 minutes.
