This looks really good and is very visually appealing! I really liked how you showed many of the steps to making it. I think there will be some people that will definitely want to try this. Good Job!
Thanks so much. We really like this recipe despite the time it takes to make it. And it tastes great hot or cold. If you really want to go the whole 'Spanish' try putting a slice between two pieces of bread. Tortilla sandwich! Barcelona style. :)
