🐐🍞🐣 Veggie Frittata Anyone?
INGREDIENTS:
Goat butter
Sunflower and Mung bean sprouts
1 small diced red onion
2 cloves garlic minced
3 crimini mushrooms cubed
Handul of broccoli
1/4 cup cooked blackbeans
4 eggs
3tbs half and half
1tbs water
1/4 cup grated white cheddar grass fed cheese.
Mustard seeds
Sea salt, black pepper, basil
Sprigs of Parsley
- Mince garlic set aside in air ten mintues minimum
- Whip eggs cream and water and black pepper set aside. Do not add salt to eggs when cooking, only at end before serving.
- In cast iron fry pan or deep frying pan melt goat butter, mustard seeds onions and mushrooms saute 3minish
- Add broccoli, mung, black beans and sunflower, cook another 3 minutes
- Whip eggs briefly again. Even out veggies in pan, then pour eggs over it. Turn heat to low, add minced garlic on top and dried basil. Depending on pan heat source approx another 5 to 8 min. Keep an eye out.
- Once done, grate cheese on top a bit of sea salt, turn off.
- Served with toasted hemp bread and tsp. of flax oil
- Add a sprig of parsley to top it off ...
- Consume-Pig Out-Enjoy
