OMG! I'm so glad you posted this recipe. I tried Octopus only once, And I didn't like the flavor. But I often wonder if it was poorly cooked. So I've been wanting to make it on my own, I'l have to use this recipe . So I can try it again!
If you try this recipe you will see how tender it gets! Only add the salt in the end, when placing the octopus in the baking dish!! I really love olive oil with cilantro and garlic flavor! Hope you like it too!
