Mexican steak sandwiches
Ingredients
Eye of bife 8 bifes
Salt
Pepper
Marinada:
Olive oil to taste
Lima 2
Orange 2
Garlic 4 teeth
Cilantro 1 handful
Green sauce:
Avocado 2
Green onion 2
Garlic 3 teeth
Cilantro 1 handful
White vinegar to taste
Lemon juice 2
Armed:
Bread
Rúcula
Tomato
Lettuce
Process
For the steaks, hammer with a kitchen hammer to make them bigger and salpimentar.
Place in a bowl with the marinade (chop the garlic and cilantro and add the juices of orange, lemon and olive oil), cover and store in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cook on the grill on both sides.
For the sauce, place all the ingredients in a blender, season and liquefy well. Add olive to taste if the consistency is very liquid.
