Yummy Drink Tropical Mango Pineapple
Fixings
1 glass water or almond drain, unique/unsweetened
1 little banana or ½ of a substantial one
2 clementines or 1 orange, peeled
1 medium ready mango (2 mugs), peeled
1¼ mugs solidified pineapple pieces
1 Tbsp flax seeds
Guidelines
Place everything in the blender in the request that it's recorded and mix until smooth. Simple Peasy. Make the most of your essence of the tropics
