Spaghetti with Shrimp KUNG PAO
ingredient
1 package of spaghetti La Moderna al dente
1 kilo of clean shrimp without shell
8 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup roasted peanut
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 Cup cornstarch
1 piece of egg lightly beaten with 2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 pieces of onion cambray slices
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
6 pieces
Tree Chili 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
Preparation
Mix in a bowl the starch of corn and flour; Pass the shrimp by the egg and then by the flour mixture.
