Homemade Pizza

Hi friends Stemians, I had time to publish this time, I want to show you a homemade pizza recipe my boyfriend and I did last night, I'll leave you the photos, and the recipe :)

Recipe:

*comments: We arrived in Chile and had to try the ingredients, we worked without some of them as for example the yeast but still managed to make a delicious pizza.

-Mix 1 cup of flour with salt and 1/4 of milk in a bowl

-mix to get a nice texture, then stretch preferably with a roller (we didn't have it and we did it with a bottle of wine)

-add strips of cheese to the edge of the dough (we use cheddar cheese) and roll

-add the sauce to the center of the pizza and distribute evenly (we prepare the sauce with tomato parsley and a lot of garlic)

-add the cream cheese (we use gouda cheese)

-add your ingredients to the taste (we add tomato, onion, salchichon, parsley at the end and parmesan cheese for gratin)

-bake for 15min (we didn't do it in the oven, we prepared it in a wok turning it to the flames)
