I imagine that at some time you have experienced the sensation in your palate of sweetness and saltiness, personally I really like this mixture of flavors, although I tell you that there are people who do not accept this and say that sweet and salty You must eat separately, you really have no idea what you are missing, the explosion you give when you try it is a great thing.

In Venezuela again this April 30 important moments occurred, many of us believed that in hours we would have the great news that the current government had surrendered or left, of course things are not that easy we must have patience, faith and hopes, that day I'm sure it will come, and the feeling of happiness for me will be like trying this dessert that I will present to you next, that things change in Venezuela is not from one day to the next but everything is underway, while So if you can prepare this dessert that will take you little time and only has three ingredients, enjoy the moment, that when we least expect it, Venezuela will be free!

SWEET AND SALADO: CREOLE CHEESE CAKE.

Only three ingredients are needed to make one of the traditional cakes with more Creole flavor!

ingredients:

  • 500 grams of hard or semi-hard fine grated Creole cheese
  • 500 grams of sugar
  • 6 eggs

Preparation:

In the bowl of the blender place the eggs and sugar and whisk until the sugar grains have dissolved and the mixture looks creamy, continue beating and add the grated cheese by spoonful until you have mixed everything.

When baking, this cake is quite sticky and that is why the mold should be buttered with an abundant layer of butter and, instead of placing flour, we will make a mixture of one tablespoon of bread crumbs and one tablespoon of sugar and We will cover the butter with this mixture as if we were flouring, bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean, let brown the surface since the color it takes is very beautiful. Let cool for half an hour and proceed to demold.
