Rich cookies with orange

Hello friends I hope you are well, today I will share with you some cookies very easy to make for children's snack, the orange cookies are exquisite, crispy and even better for all kinds of events, for my cookies and I know that for most it reminds them of grandmother, there are many grandmothers who usually bake cookies and cheer up the little ones in the house.

Ingredients:

• 300 g flour
• 125 g of sugar
• 100 cm³ of extra virgin olive oil or whatever you have on hand
• Juice of an orange
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon baking powder or baking powder
• Grate of an orange
• Sugar glas, impalpable or the one you have

Preparation:

In a bowl place the flour with the baking powder or baking powder and the sugar, mix very well and add the beaten egg, the oil, the orange juice and the orange zest, knead very well and if necessary , add more flour. Form a bun and place it on a previously floured surface, spread with a rolling pin and give the shape you want to the cookies, then place the orange cookies in a tray lined with parchment paper, leaving a slight gap between each of them . Take them to the oven at 190º C with heat up and down for 15 minutes. When you remove them from the oven, let them cool on the tray for a few minutes and then pass them on a rack to cool completely, store them in an airtight jar for no more than 3 days, as they will harden.
