  • Mayonnaise: Adding this ingredient in the preparation of a cake may sound quite rare, but the truth is that mayonnaise is a mixture of yolks and oil, which allows to replace the eggs and fat of any recipe, also helps reduce the cooking time and get more fluffy pieces.

  • Beets: if you did not know, are the sweetest vegetables that exist, Its use in the confectionery is an ideal alternative to replace the common sweeteners and, as if this were not enough, beets provide greater moisture to the dough and a unique color.

  • Tomato sauce: Although it is usually associated with the preparation of pizzas and pasta, tomato sauce is usually present in various recipes of cakes, muffins and cookies, as it provides an unparalleled flavor.

  • Papa: It is a good ally in the preparation of biscuits, as it provides an extra fee of spongyness and prevents drying, also helps swell the dishes increasing their normal volume.

  • Jalapeños: One way to give a completely different touch to your cakes is to add chopped chilies in the preparation, especially in recipes with chocolate, since together they work perfectly.

  • Vinegar: You can replace the yeast with a mixture of vinegar and baking soda, and thus prevent the preparations from collapsing and spilling once introduced in the oven.

It's amazing the recipes we can prepare especially with avocado, I'm surprised I never thought that it could be used to prepare desserts, and maybe many of us did not know it because they use it a lot in the preparation of vegan desserts, I'll share a truffle recipe with avocado and chocolate, truffles are one of the simplest and most delicious desserts to prepare in a meeting, which are usually made with chocolate.

Ingredients:

For 18 units

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 80g of black chocolate for desserts
  • 10g of Butter
  • Cocoa powder

Preparation:

Melt black chocolate and butter in the microwave in three sets of one minute, open the avocado and remove the bone. Using a spoon, extract the pulp and mash it with a fork until you get a cream.
