In our environment there are many fruits that often we have not tried and sometimes we do not even know them, the stick tomato is also known as Tree Tomato, Tamarillo, Andean Tomato or Yucca Tomato, this fruit is almost not consumed, its flavor is acid is very rich in essential vitamins and minerals, has vitamin A, C, E, and B6, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, selenium, sodium, zinc and potassium, has a great antioxidant power that serves to strengthen the immune system, lower high blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, lose weight, strengthen the nervous system and is a very good ally for the health of our vision, are so many benefits to health that drinking a glass of this juice is very good for our Health.

Ingredients:

  • 6 stick tomatoes
  • 5 cups of water
  • sugar to taste

Preparation:
