Eggplant lasagna

Hello friends I hope you are well, today I woke up wanting to share with you a very particular recipe and I tell you that I do not like Eggplant but one day one of my sisters who loves cooking and does it very well and everything is divine decided to prepare pastiche or lasagna from Berenjena, at first of course I did not like the idea, but as the time passed the kitchen left an odor that really aroused my curiosity to try that pastiche or lasagna as they call it in some countries, the better known is with the special pasta that are like some sheets but you can also prepare it with banana, potatoes, chicken, from only vegetables and I have seen it even from yucca.

ingredients:

  • 2 Kg. Of eggplants.
  • 125 grs. of pork meat.
  • 125 grs. of beef.
  • 1 medium onion.
  • 1/2 Kg of ripe tomatoes.
  • 1 red paprika without seeds.
  • 6 cloves of garlic.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano to taste.
  • 1 package of mozzarella cheese of 250 grs.
  • 1 cup of oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Parmesan cheese enough.

Preparation:

Peel and cut the aubergines in slices, then they should be placed in salted water for a certain time, while they absorb the salt, place oil in a pan and bring to a simmer; when fifteen minutes pass, the eggplants are drained, dried with a cloth and then fried, without letting them brown; they are removed and placed on an absorbent paper.

** Preparation of the meat sauce: **

Start by sautéing the onion, garlic and paprika in oil, finely chopped. Next, add the previous ones to the meat (pork and beef) salt, rosemary, oregano, stir and let it cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes; Cover and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
In a refractory dish about 4 cm deep, place layers of eggplant, meat sauce and cheese (Parmesan-mozzarella), cut into slices until you finish eggplant and cheese.

Finally, it is taken to the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees, and after being removed from the heat, it is ready to serve our homemade aubergine pastiche. Bon Appetite!

Everyone has their own way of preparing their ground meat, in this recipe beef and pork are used but they can prepare it only with ground beef, there are people who prepare a béchamel sauce and place it between the layers together with the aubergines and the meat, but all these are options that I give them, you can prepare them to your liking.

Friend, do you have a special diet?

Nope, I just don’t want to eat the dead flesh full with stress of a dying animal. Many people believe that meat is relevant for our diet even tho it is not true.
Almost all the sickness that the human beings suffer are due to three things: Toxicity, Deficiency and Acidity, if you study the anatomy, biology and the nutrition of the human body, you’ll understand that everything is correlated to muscle consumption and you’ll discover that if indeed meat is needed for the human body, this must have to be raw and about one ounce every 24 hours. That’s only the meat side.
As you probably heard about, onions and garlic are the most potent natural antibiotics in the planet; so just like you don’t take antibiotics every day and only take them when you need to, I only eat onions and garlic when I need to. Although I haven’t been sick in seven years.
I haven’t eaten dead animal flesh for almost nine years and I feel great. 😊

Friend you're right is not healthy to eat meat, I do not deny that I eat meat but not every day but I know people who do not eat meat feel bad, thanks for sharing your opinion in my post I congratulate you for having stopped consuming meat nine years

In conclusion meat is not good for health

My daughter is almost 3yrs old and she hasn’t been vaccinated nor she eats meat or eggs.
We only eat meat for our own pleasure and beliefs that are not even ours, we inherited them trough our parents whom were wrongfully informed and brainwashed by the meat corporations back in the 1940’s (year that marked the cancer breakout), that formed an alliance with the pharmaceutical companies, governments and teaching institutions to start the modification of the human health to create customers for ever.
99% of the animals killed to feed the pleasures of the misinformed humans are wrongfully fed, wrongfully grown and wrongfully killed. How can this “food” be healthy for the soul of a good human being.
People that physically feel bad for quitting the consumption of meat is because their bodies start their reconstruction; it happened to me the second week through the sixth month after I stopped eating it; I suffered headaches, dizziness, nausea, joint pain, lack of energy and lack of sleep. When I told my doctor, he said that I had to keep eating meat to stop this symptoms. I never saw that doctor again 😊
Just as when you quit any addiction, your body will resent the changes but later on, it will feel like never before (literally), and the imposed pleasure of meat eating will become disgust and unpleasantness for your body will detoxify from all the alien hormones, food additives and unknown adrenaline that only animals release at the moment of their execution, so the human body can feel the pleasure of “meat eating”
