Delicious Tartar sauce
In Venezuela it was customary on Sundays in many homes to prepare grilled, chicken, pork or meat or even all together, at home when you can make a small grill we always prepare a sauce so that the meat is not so dry, this time I will share with you the recipe for one of our favorite sauces.
Tártara sauce combines not only with meat but we can use it as a dips for eggs, seafood, potatoes, fish, snacks, sandwiches or vegetables, it is perfect to prepare when you have unexpected guests, another advantage is that it is super easy To prepare.
Ingredients
- 220 ml. of mayonnaise.
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion.
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickled gherkins.
- 1 spoonful of chopped capers.
- 1 spoonful of chopped parsley.
- 1 teaspoon of chopped tarragon.
- 1 splash of liquid cream.
Preparation:
We take a pot of our favorite mayonnaise, we add the rest of the ingredients well minced, and we mix everything until we obtain a homogeneous mixture. At the end we will pour a splash of liquid cream to make the mixture more creamy and light. Let sit a few minutes, and put it in the refrigerator until we are going to use it.
