Hello friends I hope you are well, in the previous post I shared the recipe of chocolate custard and chocolate is my delirium, but the coconut is my passion so today's recipe is coconut custard, very easy to prepare and the we can eat at any time, the custard is one of those desserts that are not forgotten, has been prepared for a long time in our Venezuela and surely in many countries.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 liters of liquid milk
  • 1 shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Box of Cornstarch (90grs)

Preparation

Reserve 1 cup of liquid milk and dissolve the cornstarch in it, in a separate pot, boil the rest of the milk with the grated coconut and the cup of sugar, let it boil a little so that the milk gets a coconut flavor. Then add the cornstarch dissolved and stir constantly so it does not stick and do not burn over low heat. To which the Butter thickens, stir, to which the Butter is dissolved well it is removed from the fire and placed once in a refractory or glass container. Let cool and refrigerate, accompany with any sweet or just like that.
