The churros are a sweetness that Venezuelans very much enjoy, even though their origin is European, they conformed to our way of being and became part of us to such an extent that it is almost obligatory to eat them when you go out for a walk, This delight is a little tubes of dough that are fried in very hot oil, until they are inflated and crispy and then they are sweetened before eating them very hot and often accompanied by chocolate.

They are a true delight and in Venezuela they are found in almost all cities, their preparation is simple and they are very rich for everyone at the time of a quick snack. This is a wonderful option, they are a delight alone but in the recipe I share with you the melted chocolate so that when you eat them you will enjoy them much more if you are a chocolate lover.

Ingredients:

• 2/3 cup of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 cup of water
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1 cup of flour
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups of oil
• 200 grams of milk chocolate spark

Preparation:

Mix 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon, boil the water with the remaining sugar and butter in a pot over medium heat, add the flour, and stir for 1 minute over low heat, remove it from the heat and add the eggs, the Vanilla and stir well. Put the mixture in a pastry bag, heat the oil in a pot, since it is hot, with the help of the pastry bag make the churros letting them fall directly into the oil, cook them for about 3 minutes or until they are a little golden.
Remove the churros from the oil and put them on a plate with a napkin to absorb the excess oil, then add the churros to the sugar mixture with cinnamon, turning them until they are well covered, melting the chocolate sparks in a bain-marie or simply in the microwave, put it one minute and remove the chocolate, stir and microwave it again another minute and so on until you get the desired consistency, once ready the churros serve accompanied by melted chocolate.
