Dulce de Mango casero

Ingredients
.12 pintones mangoes
.3 cups of sugar
.3 cinnamon sticks
.9 species brads
.1/2 teaspoon salt

. Cook 35 min.

1. step wash and peel the mangoes well, place them in a pot. Place water and cover. Cook over medium heat and leave for approximately 30 min.

2. When they are soft, add the sugar, the cloves and the 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Let it cook for the next 15 min., Until it has created a syrup.
   Remober so they don't stick out of the pot.

3. past the last 15 min. turn off the heat, lower the pot, and let it rest and your great dessert will be ready.
