Sesame Green Beans
Ingredients:
one tablespoon canola oil
one and half teaspoons sesame oil
one pound fresh green beans, washed
one tablespoon soy sauce
one tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
Warm a large skillet or wok over medium fire. When the skillet is hot, add in canola and sesame oils, then place whole green beans into the skillet. Mix the beans to coat with oil. Cook till the beans are bright green and slightly browned in spots, about ten minutes. Remove from fire, and mix in soy sauce; cover, and let sit about five minutes. Transfer to a serving platter, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
