Sweet Pumpkin Treat
Ingredients:
two and half cups mochiko (glutinous rice flour)
two teaspoons baking powder
two cups white sugar
four eggs
one (29 ounce) can pumpkin puree
one (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
one cup butter, melted
two teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
Lightly brush a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sift together the mochiko, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl. Combine together the eggs, pumpkin puree, condensed milk, butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Mix the egg mixture into the mochiko mixture. Add into the prepared dish.
Bake in 350 degrees preheated oven for one hour. Let cool before serving.
