SOUP BUNTUT (BEEF TAIL SOUP FROM INDONESIA) RECOMMENDED FOR WINTER

ingredients needed :
1 kg beef tail (cut into pieces)
2 litre water
3 potato cut into dice
2 spoon cooking oil
4 carrot cut into 1/2 cm
Soup buntut spices:
1 tea spoon pepper powder
6 clove garlic, crush it
1 nutmeg, crush it
sugar as neede
5 clove
Salt as neede
1 red tomato cut into dice
2 cm cinnamon
Beef instant broth
Another needed :
Fried onions
1 celery leaves, thinly sliced
Saoce
2 pcs leekthinly sliced
crackers
Lime
Wash the beef tail then boil the water
Put the beef tail in the hot water for 10 - 15 minutes.
Throw away the water
To make the Soup Buntut
Preparing the water in the pan then boiled the water until boiling.
Put the beef tail, cinnamon and clove
Keep that 2 litre of water reduced until 1,5 litre. Turn off the fire and let that water chill
mixing the pepper, nutmeg, garlic and salt then stir-fry until it becomes fragrant.
Bring the oxtail to a boil, put the stir-fry seasoning into it until it blends well and the vegetable input is well cooked and tender
