South Indian bread uttapam- Bread Uttpatam is very light and tasty in the food. It is made from rice or rice. So let us know how to make it.

Materials needed to make bread leaves: - Ingredients needed
Slice bread 4-6 (Bread Slice)

Semolina 5 semolina

5 tsp (grain flour)

Curd 1/4 teaspoon (curd)

Cumin seed cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon

Green chilly 1

Salt 1 teaspoon

Ginger finely chopped 2 teaspoons (ginger)

Green coriander finely chopped 2 teaspoons (coriander)

Capsicum finely chopped 1/4 cup (capsicum)

Tomato finely chopped 1/4 cup (tomato)

Oil 1 or 2 teaspoons (refined oil)

Method of making bread extract: - Lets know how to make Indian bread uttapam
First, cut the edges of the bread with cut bread corners and make the edges of the bread separately to make bread utopamam.
Now take blander and mix bread, semolina, flour, salt, curd and water in it and make a smooth paste.

Now remove this paste in the bowl and add cumin, capsicum, tomatoes, ginger, green chilly and green coriander and mix it. Keep in mind that the paste is neither too thin nor too thick.
After preparing the paste, make a smooth paste by adding light oil to a non stick pan.
Now put a paste of bread in the pan and spread it out in the bowl.
Now put oil on all sides around the perimeter and keep it running on a low flame until crunchy.
When it turns out golden brown from both sides, remove it.

  • Now your bread is ready for eating uttapam (bread uttapam is ready), you serve it with your favorite chutney.
