To make gutta
Besan - 100 gm (1 cup)
Curd - 2-3 tablespoons
Salt - according to taste (1/4 teaspoon)
Red Chilli - One quarter teaspoon
Coriander Powder - Half a teaspoon
Garam Masala - Less than a quarter teaspoon
Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon half
Oil - 2 tablespoons
For casserole
Basmati rice - 200 gm (1 cup)
Ghee - 2 - 3 tablespoons
Cumin - half a teaspoon
Green Chillies - 1- 2 (Collect Small Cut)
Ginger - 1 inch long piece (grate)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Black Pepper - 10
Big Cardamom - 2
Dal sugar - 1 small piece
Salt - according to the taste (3/4 teaspoons)
Green Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Method -
Mix all the spices, curds and oil into the gram flour and mix it well. Take a soft dough knob like bread flour with the help of water. Divide dough into four parts. Make cylindrical, half-inch thick rolls with both hands.
Pour 500 grams of water in a vessel and warm it, take so much water that the gram flour rolls well, after boiling in water, put the rolls of the gram flour in boiling water, let it boil for 10 -12 minutes on high heat. Turn off the gas. Remove the water (you can bring this gram flour in the work of kneading dough or by putting it in pulse). After the roll is cooled, the knife is half to 1 cm Cut the coarse, granules and prepare them.
