necessary ingredients
A cauliflower (cut into pieces)
A cup of cabbage gram (boiled)
One quarter teaspoon turmeric powder
A teaspoon cumin seeds
Pinch of dough
Three cloves
A teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
Half teaspoon turmeric
Half teaspoon red chilli powder
Half teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
According to oil requirement
As required by water

Method
Firstly wash the cauliflower well and keep the turmeric and salt together.
Add water to a pan in medium flame and keep it to boil.
When boiling water, add cauliflower pieces and boil for 4 to 5 minutes.
After the fixed time, close the flame and keep them in a plate.
Now put in medium flame to heat the oil in a second pan.
- Once the oil is heated, add cumin and asafetida.
Add chopped cumin seeds, add ginger and garlic paste, and fry it with running curry.
Add cauliflower and boiled chickpeas and mix all the spices.
Mix well and add salt to it. - Add a little water and reduce the flame to cover the vegetable and cook for five minutes.
After the fixed time, remove the lid and mix garam masala and mix well and close the flame. - Ready cauliflower and gram masala vegetable Garnish with coriander leaves and serve them.

- You can also add carrots and tomatoes in it.
