If you want some light for tea time snacks, then there can be nothing better than Multigrain Chivda. You can make it and keep it for a week. Due to the abundance of grains it is a healthy snack.

necessary ingredients

1 cup Murmur / Puff Rice

1 cup corn / lye

1/2 cup of millet

1/2 cup poha

1 tablespoon linseed

1/4 cup peanut

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 tsp Mint Powder

2 teaspoons licking masala

6 teaspoons Chivda masala

10-12 Curry leaves

4-5 teaspoons mustard oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup Makhane

1 Sinka Pappa, break into pieces

Ingredients for Chivda Masala

3 teaspoons cashmere red chillies

1/2 teaspoon asafoetida

1/2 tsp turmeric

2 tsp Coriander Powder

2 teaspoons vegetable masala

1 teaspoon black pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon black salt

3 tablespoons sugar powder / sugar

1 teaspoon fennel

1 teaspoon citric acid


Method

First, mix the ingredients of the spice masala together and grind them.

- Now add a spoonful of oil to a pan on medium flame and bake the corn.

Then take a millet dollars in this pan. Both of them will flower later.

- Pour the poha in this pan and drink it. After this, take linseed bake too.

Now put the remaining oil in this pan and keep it warm. When oil is heated, put curry leaves and peanuts in it and mix them well.

- Remove the peanut on a plate.

- Put the Murmur, Makhane and turmeric powder in the remaining oil and pour it. Then add Sika poha, corn, millet, papad, linseed and mix well and close the flame.

- Remove poha, corn, millet, peanut, curry leaves in a large pot. Then add chivda masala, chat masala, salt, dried mint from it and mix it well.

- Enjoy the prepared multigrain pigeon with tea and also feed others.
