one cup yellow dal
one table spoon salt
one table spoon sugar
three tablespoons sambhar masala
three table spoon tamarind pulp
two t spoon rye
seven to eight Curry Leaf
two to three red chillies
one cup Mix Vegetable
two tablespoon oil
one large spoon Green coriander
- First, cook the lentils in salt. When it is completely cooked and softened, then add Sambhar masala, sugar, curry and onion.
- Once the vegetable is completely cooked, put the tamarind pulp into it. Tempering the mustard by heating the oil in a pan. Also add whole red chillies and curry leaves.
- After taking them two to three times, put the mixture of lentils in it. Boil once.
- Cook on light flame for five minutes. Serve warm after putting green coriander.
