I have a new found respect for Kimchi.. I've always like it, but recently I've learned to LOVE it.. Being a fan of ferments thanks to my kvass supplier @back2basics , I've taken my love of kimchi to a whole new level. It goes with just about everything.. kimchi on toast - check. kimchee with eggs & spinach - check. Being a vegetarian, flavour is important to a well balanced healthy meal, and this ticks the boxes of both. Thanks for sharing.
