Besan pudding becomes very quick and does not have to make much preparation for it. Besan - 1 Cup (100g)
Ghee - ½ cup (100 gms)
Sugar - ½ cup (100 grams)
Milk - 2 cups (400msl).
Almond - 10 to 12 (finely chopped)
Cashews - 10 to 12 (finely chopped)
Pistachios - 10 to 12 (finely chopped)
Cardamom - 6 to 7 (Powder)
Heat pan to make pudding. 2 tablespoon ghee and put the remaining pan in the pan. When the ghee is lightly heated, put the gram flour in the pan and fry the gram flour over medium heat and fry till golden brown. After a good smell of gram flour and change its color and fry it for a little while after ghee is separated. Besan has taken 15 minutes to roast.
Add sugar to gram flour and stir it continuously for 2 to 4 minutes and fry it. Add sugar in this way and roast it with halwa. The color of gram flour is very good. After a minute, add gas to the gram and add milk to it. Cook it on low flame till it thickens. The pellets falling in it should end.
When the halva is thickened, put some finely chopped nuts - cashew nuts and almonds. Also mix cardamom powder and mix it. Add 2 tbsp ghee to it and mix it. This increases the flavor of the halwa.
Take the pudding in the plate. Put the remaining ghee on the halwa. The ghee floating above the halwa enhances the flavor, and also looks very good in appearance. Garnish with turmeric, cashew and pistachio clippings.
Tasty pudding of gram flour is ready. So enough is enough for 3 to 4 members of the Besan Halva family. Besan halwa can be eaten in the fridge for 7 whole days.
