RECIPE: Amazing Onolicious Spinach Artichoke Dip & Marjoram Oil

I started making this Cheesy Spinach Artichoke dip, and every one who has tried it LOVES it.

Here is how I make it.

  1. Start with 1 tbsp butter, and chop up the garlic. Sauté majority of the garlic for a few minutes until cooked. (Save a little to add in later)

  2. Add in remaining butter, cream cheese, yogurt and cheese on Medium Heat and mix frequently until the consistency is melted evenly.

  3. Add in Spinach, Artichokes and remaining garlic.

  4. Let bubble for a few minutes, remove from heat and add the secret ingredient, 2 drops of doterra Marjoram oil. Mix throughly. Do not use any brand of essential oil, because they are not all created equally. Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons butter
1½ cups parmesan cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
1 jar quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
6-8 cloves garlic
10 ounces frozen spinach thawed and drained
1–2 drops doterra Marjoram oil

Excellent recipe! As a snack, it got raves from my group of 10 adults. There’s about 1/3 of it left over. Wonder if I can freeze it

I would think you can, vacuum sealed, freeze it. I have never had enough leftovers to try to freeze lol. Did you use the marjoram oil too?

Can you make the mixture ahead of time, and then bake right before the party came?

I would think so! If you freeze it in a vacuum sealed package, you should be able to just heat it up and eat it. I will try next time and let you know when it happens :)
