1 tsp cumin seeds (1 teaspoon)

1 Mustard Mustard - (1 teaspoon)

1 salt - (to taste)

1 sugar - (half teaspoon)

1 vinegar - (1 cup, 3 percent of 5 cups)

1 soybean oil - (1 tablespoon)

1 Dhanapata - (Taste)

How to create

First, wash half a pound of beef with bone and fat and drain. If you want, you can take as much of the meat as you need. In this case, all the ingredients needed for cooking should be increased.

Then blend all the above mentioned ingredients in a blender, except cooking oil and coriander leaves. If you want, you can take all the materials one by one. In that case it will take a little longer.

Now mix all the ingredients in the batter in the cleaned meat and marinate for 2-3 hours. If the time on the hands is low, you should marinate for at least 4 hours.
