Baked catla fish

A little heavy food can be arranged at home on holidays. Jebunnesa Begum gave a similar recipe.

Materials

1 large catla fish, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of mustard oil, half red chilli powder Tea-spoon, half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, a little salt and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce.

Method

Remove the fish scales and clean the stomach. Rinse well and drain the water well. Mix together the sarsabata, adakuchi, rasunkuchi, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili sauce, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and lemon juice.

Cut the spots with a knife on both sides of the fish. Mix this mixture well with the fish. Marinate the fish for 1 hour in this way. Now brush the top oil on the fish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
