Ingredients
- 2 beetroot's
- 1 onion
- 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1-3 cloves of garlic
- 150 g of classic yogurt
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Cooking
Wrap the beets in foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 45-60 minutes. Beets should be soft. When it cools, cut it into slices.
Also chop the onion. Fry it in hot oil until soft and cool. Mashed beets, onions and garlic in a blender. Add yogurt, salt, pepper and mix. You can add other spices to your taste.
