This recipe is perfect for the #healthy2018 challenge @goldendawne has created. I cook with Quinoa all the time. I put it in everything. Spaghetti Sauces, soups, stews, and even my mashed potatoes.
YES it is!!! I am becoming addicted to granola, yogurt and other berry treats like this!
