Saturday breakfast. Omelette in a cup

As a child, I loved my mother's omelets for breakfast.

Because my mother cooked them for me ... in a cup and ... in a microwave oven.
The friends of parents and neighbors came to see this miracle car.
At that time, it was not possible to buy something in the store, but my mother managed to buy it from the hands of lucky ticket holders to the Beryozka store, where they sold imported equipment.

The buzzing microwave allowed my mother to cook for me a quick omelet with useful fillings, which I did not eat in pure form.

In the season, mom adding omelet vegetables and greens,
in the winter cooked carrots, all this through a small throat that I did not notice.
She managed to mask even the meat in the omelette, so finely chopped that I ate it, although I did not like it very much.

In general, everything came with the omelette.

Today I will cook one of the omelettes in the cup with dill and cheese.

Preparation:

break into a cup 2 eggs
add 2 tablespoons milk
whisk with a fork
add the finely chopped dill, mix.

Send the cup to the microwave for 30 seconds, then mix.

Add the grated cheese. Mix again gently.

Resend to microwave for 30 seconds.

Delicious breakfast is ready!
