How to Make ""Corn Cheese Dosa"" Recipe!!
Ingredients:
- 2 cup dosa batter
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered black pepper
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 2 green chili
- 1 handful chopped coriander leaves
- salt as required
- 5 long beans
For The Main Dish
- 1/2 cup American corn kernels
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup grated cheese cubes
Prepare:
Step 1
Finely chop the beans and keep aside. Finely grate the carrots and boil the corn. Chop the inexperienced chilies. Take a bowl and blend along the cooked sweet corn kernels, cheese, carrot, beans, black pepper powder, salt, inexperienced chilies and coriander leaves.Step 2
Heat a non-stick pan and brush some oil on that. Pour a ladleful of the batter, unfold the batter equally on the tawa from the middle to the peripheries.
Step 3
Apply ghee around the edges of the dosa and cook until the bottom is lightly browned. Flip the dosa and cook the other side. Put two spoonfuls of the cheese corn mixture on the dosa and spread well. Grate cheese on the dosa.Step 4
Serve it hot with sambhar and chutney.
