It's Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
1 block, silken tofu
one and half cups, dairy-free dark chocolate chips
one tsp salt
one tsp vanilla
quarter tsp almond extract
half tsp ground cinnamon
two cups, sliced strawberries
DIRECTIONS
Making use of the double-boiler method, dissolve chocolate chips.
Mix tofu, salt, vanilla, almond extract, and cinnamon in food processor. While mixing, stream in melted chocolate. Mix till everything is smooth and uniform. Chill in refrigerator for twenty minutes.
Making use of cups, jars, or bowls of choice, create alternating layers of sliced strawberries in and chocolate pudding. Wrap vessels and chill for at least one hour, or overnight. Pudding will set into a mousse-like consistency.
