Mousse Pie


INGREDIENTS

one and half cups miniature marshmallows
one (7 ounce) bar milk chocolate candy
half cup milk
two cups heavy whipping cream
one (9 inch) pie shell

DIRECTIONS

Heat marshmallows, chocolate candy, and milk in a pan over low heat till marshmallows and chocolate are dissolved, mixing constantly. Allow mixture to cool completely.

Beat heavy cream in a large bowl till stiff peaks form. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: the whipped cream will form sharp peaks. Gently fold cooled chocolate mixture in whipped cream till well combined; add into baked pie shell. Refrigerate till set, about three hours.
