Octopus Sauteed Mushroom Sweet and Sour - High protein food

Comeback with me @culinaryevening.I just finished dish is octopus sauteed sour and sweet . I'll share the recipe to you all



 Noteworthy for Patients with Cholesterol

Seafood contain cholesterol are quite high when compared with foods derived from animal products on land or fresh water. This of course would be very dangerous for those of you who are experiencing problems of high cholesterol.


Ingrediets :
6 tail octopus small or medium size
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
5 lime leaves
6 tamarind seeds long
2 stalk lemongrass, geprek
3 bay leaves
mushroom
Salt to taste
sugar to taste
Enough water
long beans

seasoning:

8 garlic
8 union
8 shallots
5 red chili
6 cayenne red
2 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
1 tsp coriander
chilli finely

How to cook :

then soak the cleaned octopus with lemon juice is useful to eliminate fishy on octopus , Octopus boiled until tender in boiling water and try octopus flush with water. Simmer for 20 to 1 hour or until soft

              


while waiting for our boiled octopus may sauteing seasonings ( onion and garlic)

           


      once tasted sweet chilli feedback we've puree

            


input soy sauce and oyster sauce stir until all the seasoning mix

       

       Input mushrooms carrots and beans
       

       

        

     after the vegetables are lightly wilted then input that we have boiled octopus

      


    add onion cut into large

      

     mushroom octopus sweet and sour ready to serve


Cooking octopus is a bit complicated. But there's nothing wrong if you try it because vitamins and nutrients to the octopus is very high and good for the body. Sweet Acid octopus recipes you can try this when the weekend arrives later and dine with the family. good luck
