The Sweet Red Rambutan
RAMBUTAN

The rambutan is the family of Sapindaceae. The rambutan is native to the Malay-Indonesian region, and other regions of tropical Southeast Asia.It is closely related to several other edible tropical fruits including the lychee, longan, and mamoncillo.

Rambutan Ice

Ingredients
- 200 gr sugar
- 700 cc water
- 30 pieces of rambutan, peeled
- 1/2 of pineapple
- 1 small piece of cinnamon
Making Steps
- Boil sugar, cinnamon and water until boiling, then strain, and boil again.
- Add pineapple and rambutan fruit, cook about 2 minutes.
- Serve ice rambutan in serving glass with ice cube.
Rambutan Pudding

Ingredients
- 250 ml plain yogurt
- 100 g rambutan flesh, sliced
- 7 strawberries, diced
- 1 pack white gelatin powder
- 150 g sugar
- 400 ml liquid milk
Making Steps
- Cook at a low heat the White Gelatin Powder, Sugar, and Liquid Milk, stirred until boiled. Remove from the heat and cooling down.
- Add Yogurt, sliced Rambutan flesh, and diced strawberry then stir gently.
- Pour the pudding into as serving glass, let it stand to be cool and put in the freezer.
- Garnist it with slice of Rambutan before serve.
