Vegan Raw Banana Chocolate Icecream
Freeze a bunch of peeled bananas but only use two, (you will want to make this dish again)
a cup of raw cacao
a handful of mixed crushed nuts
a sprinkling of coconut flakes
Blueberries
Strawberries
Apples
a spoonful of Maple syrup
Blend the frozen bananas with the cacao and Maple syrup and you will get an ice cream consistency, splodge into a bowl, hopefully taking more care than I did, as I was in hurry to eat it. Add chopped fruit and a sprinkling of coconut flakes.
I actually made something similar the other day as I'm testing possible lactose issues. It was so tasty, nothing left to be desired. I used 3 bananas, 3 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp peanut butter, pinch of salt. Amazing.
