• 1 pound of shrimp
• 5 Lemons
• 6 Tomatoes
• 1 Onion
• 2 Cucumbers
• 1 Cilantro
• Tomato juice
• Salt
• Pepper

Preparation

The first thing to do to prepare the ceviche is to clean the shrimp with a little water, remove the shell and split in two. When clean you should place them in a bowl, add the juice of the lemons, salt and pepper to taste, let stand for 10 minutes. While they are resting, chop the tomatoes into small squares as well as the onion, cucumber and cilantro. Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl and after 10 minutes, add the shrimp and tomato juice, add the oregano to taste and ready to serve.
