Chicken skewers with courgettes

Ingredients:
500 g chicken fillet
1-2 pcs. young zucchini

Marinade:
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l. soy sauce
1 tsp. apple or wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
1 clove of garlic
0,5 tsp. honey
spices to taste (I have - thyme, oregano and black sesame)
salt
pepper

Preparation:
Chicken fillet cut into medium pieces (I got 32 pieces).
Put in a container, add all the ingredients of the marinade.
Mix well, leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes, you can and more, for example, for several hours (then put in the refrigerator).
Zucchini trim with a vegetable knife on thin long ribbons along the entire length of the zucchini.
Salt and leave for 10 minutes.
On the skewers put on the plates zucchini, rolled up rolls, in turn with chicken fillet.
Cook in a frying pan or grill in the oven.
