Delicious dragon fruit cheesecake.
Ingredients.
- 50 grams of red dragon fruit.
- 320mls of fresh milk without sugar.
- 20 grams of sugar.
- 40 grams of corn starch.
- 20 grams of desiccated coconut (optional).
Step by step guides.
Step 1:
- Rinse well and peeled dragon fruit, put it into a blender, blend it until smooth, put it into a strainer and keep only the liquid.
Step 2:
- Pour 320mls of milk with 20 grams of sugar, 40 grams of corn starch into a large bowl, mix well until all of the ingredients combine togerther.
Step 3:
- Pour the mixture of milk and dragon fruit juice into a sauce pan, stir well, cook over medium heat, stir well until the sauce is thickened, continue to cook over low heat for about 3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 4:
- Put the mixture which you have cooked into a baking tray, lining the bottom of the baking tray with plastic wrap food to avoid sticking. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top if you like.
- Put it into the refrigerator for cool down.
- Cut it into pieces and enjoy.
