Greek salad with tofu

Ingredients:

• firm tofu – 250 grams.

• cucumbers – 3 PCs.

• tomatoes – 3 PCs.

• sweet pepper – 1 PC.

• avocado – 1 PC. (optional)

• olives – 1 jar (pitted)

• olive oil – 2 tbsp

• black pepper – a pinch

• lemon juice

• salt to taste.

Preparation:

Tofu cut into cubes with a diameter of not more than 1 cm, put in a salad bowl, lightly prisolit, sprinkle with ground black pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add the olives and some juice from them (a tablespoon will be enough). Stir the tofu and let stand a few minutes.
In the meantime, to do vegetables. Cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, pepper cut into approximately equal cubes or stripes.
To connect with tofu and olives, season with olive oil and remaining lemon juice, if necessary, needs more salt.
Serve the salad immediately, while the vegetables did not have time to drain.
