Salad with strawberries, cucumbers, feta and basil

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar;
• 2 tablespoons of honey;
• 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice;
• ⅛ teaspoon of salt;
• ½ teaspoon of orange peel;
• 2 cups of sliced ​​strawberries;
• 2 cups of sliced ​​cucumbers;
• 3 tablespoons of feta;
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil;
• orange peel for decoration (optional).
  
  

Preparation

Wash strawberries and cucumbers, slice the same size pieces and put in a bowl. In a separate dish, mix the ingredients for salad dressing: wine vinegar, honey, orange juice, salt and orange peel.

Pour the cucumbers and strawberries with a dressing and mix well. On top sprinkle crumbs of feta cheese and crushed fresh basil leaves. Before serving, the salad can be decorated with curls of orange peel.
