Ingredients:

• 1 chicken divided into pieces
• 3 poblano chiles peeled and split in rajas
• 3 ground and cast tomatoes
• 1 onion cut into slices
• 100 grams of olives
• 1 clove garlic
• Oil
• 1 coriander branch

Preparation

Fry the chicken and when it is well browned, remove.

Add the onion and the slices, when they are transparent, add the chicken again and add the tomato broth and the garlic.

Add salt, coriander branch and olives. Let it boil until the meat is well cooked and the sauce thickens.
