Cook a blank rice faster, no, what we are going to get is a white rice in the microwave that will always come out at its point.

Ingredients

For 4 people

• Boiling water 600 ml
• Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
• Round rice250 g
• Salt
• Garlic cloves 1
• Parsley powder to taste

preparation:

Start by boiling the water in a saucepan, then put the rice, oil, salt, garlic and parsley powder in a bowl resistant to microwave, add boiling water. We cover the bowl with kitchen film and we puncture it several times to make it like small holes so that the steam comes out, we cook at 800 W for 6 minutes, then at 600 W for 8 more minutes, remove from the microwave, unclog and let temper a shortly before serving.
