The lentils with vegetables is one of the recipes for basic cooking, easier, cheaper and healthier of all that exist, with only a handful of ingredients that vary according to the taste of each person, in addition, they are well known the benefits of legumes in the body, added to the vegetables. So, this recipe for cooking has everything to be one of those "perfect" recipes.

Ingredients:

• 2 carrots

Preparation:
