Oatmeal water is one of the easiest ways to consume oats, it is very easy to prepare, it does not require many ingredients and it is very economical, so I share the recipe and the benefits of consuming oatmeal water.

Preparation of oatmeal water:

To prepare it you should only put a cup of oatmeal in a bowl of water to cover it; Let it soak for at least eight hours, after this time, rinse the oatmeal, place it in a blender glass with eight cups of water, if you like a teaspoon of cinnamon or vanilla to taste, and half a tablespoon of honey. natural or if you do not have only sugar to taste; Blend until everything is well incorporated, you can keep it in the refrigerator for a while so you consume it very cold.
