Paleo Bread
Today I show you how to bake a Paleo Bread. Of course without flour and Gluten-free.

100gr finely ground flaxseed
100gr of cracked walnuts
100gr finely ground sunflower seed
100gr of cracked almonds
100gr finely ground pumpkin seeds
40gr ground psyllium husks
50gr poppy
2tsp salt
5 Eggs
10gr olive oil

Put in the oven at 160 ° C (320°F) for 60 minutes.

Steinzeitbrot
Heute zeige ich euch wie man ein leckeres Paleobrot backt. Natürlich ohne Mehl untld Glutenfrei.

100gr fein geschrotete Leinsamen
100gr geschrotete Wallnüsse
100gr fein geschrotete Sonnenblumenkerne
100gr geschrotete Mandeln
100gr fein geschrotete Kürbiskerne
40gr gemahlende Flohsamenschalen
50gr Mohn
5 Eier
2TL Salz
10gr Olivenöl

Für 60 Minuten in den Ofen bei 160°C.

            Ich auch ;)
            @ginabot ist ein Benachrichtigungssystem - die Performance ist aber stark von steemit abhaengig. Wenn steemit nicht gut erreichbar ist, funzt gina auch nicht so gut.
            Gestern lief gina ca. 3 Stunden hinterher - heute ist sie wieder schnell und zuverlaessig.
